Gettin' Fruity!

Sometimes keeping it simple is just... simpler! Instead of reaching for candy this Halloween Eve for your after dinner dessert, try a sweet fruit! Grapes and plums are two of my favorites as they satisfy my sweet tooth and provide just the right amount of consistency to satisfy my cravings.

Some experts say that it only takes two weeks to form a habit. My recommendation: get this habit started today and feel better about satisfying your sweet tooth!
